Information you provide
The enquiry form may collect your name, phone number, optional email, traveller counts, dates, journey interests, mobility, dietary and religious needs, and any message you choose to add.
Why it is used
The information is used to respond to your enquiry, prepare a relevant travel proposal, maintain a record of the request and protect the form from abuse. We do not use the form as an instant booking or payment system.
Service providers
The production configuration may use Supabase for enquiry storage, Resend for email delivery, Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention, Upstash for rate limiting and privacy-friendly analytics for aggregate website measurement. Each service receives only the information needed for its role.
Security and request data
The application does not intentionally store a raw IP address in the enquiry record. A one-way request fingerprint may be used for abuse controls and duplicate protection. No online system can promise absolute security.
Retention and rights
Operational retention periods and the approved privacy contact are launch-readiness items. They must be completed before production release. Once published, that contact can be used to request access, correction or deletion where applicable.
Consent
Submitting an enquiry permits the team to follow up through the contact method you select. You can choose not to submit optional details.
